John Yacoub
President, Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of Advanced Circuits, Mr. Yacoub oversees the corporate operations and strategic planning for Advanced Circuits. In that capacity, he directs the management team in the implementation of strategies and policies that will enhance the company’s competitive and dominant position as the leading quick turn source for printed circuit boards in the United States. Yacoub joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in 1996 and in August of 2004 became President. His vision and direction has helped the company increase annual revenue from $5 million to over $42 million in 2005.

Larry McQuinn
Vice President Sales
Larry McQuinn is the Vice President of Sales for Advanced Circuits. Responsible for creating
and maintaining a world-class sales force dedicated to driving productive customer relationships,
Larry has been with the company since March 1998. He focuses on managing the company's inside and
outside sales forces to proactively achieve sales growth.

Jeff Yacoub
Vice President Finance & Administration
Jeff Yacoub has been with Advanced Circuits since 1997. He created the accounting
department from the ground up and now oversees all accounting functions. Under his guidance,
Advanced Circuits has carefully managed its expenses and implemented ethical accounting
practices that have resulted in a financially strong company.

Dan Chouinard
Vice President Plant Operations
As Advanced Circuits' Plant Manager, Dan Chouinard's 20 years of experience in the printed
circuit board industry helps him efficiently handle all of the company's operations. Along
with a team of over 100 employees, Chouinard constantly implements and refines processes that
allow the company to quickly and consistently produce better quality circuit boards.

Jim Hellmer
Vice President Engineering
As Engineering Manager, Jim Hellmer oversees our CAM department as well as technical support for
customers, sales, and production at Advanced Circuits. He is also responsible for the relationships
with our partner manufacturing facilities and manages the customer action department. He finds the
PCB industry particularly interesting and challenging because almost every industrial discipline is
represented in the board manufacturing process.

Julio Chabarria
Manager Information Technology
As IT Manager, Julio Chabarria leads Advanced Circuits' information and network infrastructure
team. Under his direction, IT supports all departments to make sure Advanced Circuits is always
ready to take a customer's order, produce the printed circuit boards and deliver them on time.
Julio's philosophy, that IT processes must support business goals, has helped pioneer some of
the company's most revolutionary automated processes such as creating My 4PCB, an online service
center for customers.
